Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and cross-contamination concerns, tattoo ink and other sterile or hygiene-sensitive tattoo products cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and let you know how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (except for defective/damaged products).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, leaking, missing, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@regaltattooink.com.

To help us review the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened tattoo ink, opened pigments, used tattoo products, or any product with a broken seal.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used tattoo ink

  • Opened or used pigments

  • Products with broken seals or damaged safety packaging

  • Used tattoo supplies

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Please check product colors, sizes, quantities, and details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the eligible item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

If the exchange is needed because you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@regaltattooink.com so we can review the issue and provide the next steps.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened tattoo ink, opened pigments, and other opened hygiene-sensitive tattoo products cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will also let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
